Processing Time
- Swanee ships all orders from our warehouses located in China. Usually it will take 24 hours to process your order, unless there is a fraudulent warning, shipping address error or technical errors, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
- We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and Chinese holidays. Some new products and popular products will need 10-15 business days to be produced. The hair topper (out of stock and pre-sale ones) may need 15-20 business days to prepare them. Please note that accessories can not be shipped separately.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking numbers which can take a few hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers, so you can track your order 24/7 with delivery confirmation.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet shipped, then we should be able to update your address, so long as the delivery country/location remains the same.
We cannot change the delivery country/location.

If your order has already shipped, it depends on the delivery method selected:
Airmail
We cannot intercept airmail packages.
If the package is undelivered, it will eventually be returned to us.
Please note this is likely to take some time (maybe several weeks).
Courier
Depending on the status of the delivery and the courier, we may be able to update the address (we cannot guarantee but will make the best effort to do so).
We cannot change the delivery country/location.

How long does it take to deliver to my country/location?
- Expedited Shipping:3-5 business days
- Standard Shipping:15-25 business days
Warm Tip: If you need to receive it asap, we recommend that you choose expedited shipping.

Do I need to pay duties & taxes?
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.
These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:
- Country/location of origin of the purchased product
- Local VAT rates
- Local import taxes
It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
